Flanking the blue topaz briolettes are kyanite and mandarin garnet briolettes, wire wrapped in gold filled wires.  Clustering above these gemstones are pink and blue violet quartz, tanzanite, tsavorite green garnet, carnelian and citrine.  

Centering the hoops are faceted blue topaz oval drops.
